Livingston has developed loan programs that offer flexibility in order to remove the barriers of traditional mortgage lending, such as structural, zoning or repair issues with the property or borrower credit issues. Our focus is on the quality of the investment and the value of the asset, rather than the credit and income approach of most traditional lenders.
