Livingston Private Lending LLC is a lender specializing in private money (aka, hard money) loans to businesses and individuals for real estate projects. We underwrite, process, fund, and service all of our loans. We are a full-service private lender that provides capital when traditional mortgage financing is not a good fit. Our clients are real estate entrepreneurs, remodelers, real estate agents, builders, wholesalers, and investors. We are located in Overland Park, Kansas and serve the Kansas City metro area.
We are real estate entrepreneurs, and are big fans of entrepreneurship in general. Part of the motivation for starting Livingston Private Lending was to help others succeed. We have seen many individuals with the talent, drive, and desire to be successful in real estate, the missing element is often funding. “The System” is not setup to offer opportunity to those with little capital, less than perfect credit, or projects that don’t fit the mold. Our service is designed to help unlock the potential of talented individuals by making capital accessible.
